There has been a strong community request for ongoing support with being able to live mindfully. Mindful Living helps participants learn how to live in the moment or be fully present in all aspects of their life. This group will focus on the Principles for Mindful Living incorporating overall wellness through our physical, emotional,mental and spiritual connections that cultivate internal balance and a harmoniously synergistic relationship with our world.

This group is for anybody in the area who has had their life changed by either Karen Horney or Alice Miller, or both (and bonus points for Daniel Mackler). I created it because I did a search of Meetup with these names, it turned up nothing, and figured there may be others in the area who have done a similar search here seeking like-minded people, and I want to be able to oblige.
